Snow

The first snow is here! And in typical Kentucky fashion: it was 60 degrees yesterday, snow this morning, and a high of 70 on Friday. It's not the most romantic picture of the snow. I got up early and snapped this through my window and then went back to sleep. I wanted to capture it before the sun came out and melted everything but it's the afternoon now and there's still a little snow left.

Charlie and I started dating last January when there was constantly snow on the ground and now every time it even smells like it could snow I'm reminded of those exciting first months when we were falling in love. I know I'm being super cheese, I'll stop now. But my point was that I'm really excited about snow weather.
